Decopro Inc. was founded in 1996 and is the first company to introduce manufactured Stucco Finish and EPS mouldings to the Philippines. Our founder and president, Architect Romeo So, having been a successful building contractor in Philippines and the United States, brings with him over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His mission is to share the knowledge he acquired of the construction practices in the United States with the Philippines. He started with Stucco, and what better place to learn about stucco than from LaHabra Stucco, the leading manufacturer of stucco in the United States, with over 80 years of experience. Second, knowing that EPS mouldings and shapes have been widely used in Europe and North America for years, he brought the benefits of its application to the Philippines by producing Decofoam Mouldings.

Since the day of our humble beginnings we have brought the best products to our customers. We are continually expanding our product line. From LaHabra Stucco, LaHabra Acrylic, Decofoam Mouldings, now Merlex Stucco, Dunn-Edwards Paint and the necessary tools in which to complete your projects.
